Global Corn Production

February 2017

This month the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) estimates that the Global Corn Production 2016/2017 will be 1040.21 million metric tons, around 2.28 million tons more than the previous month's projection.

Last year the Global Corn Production (*) was 960.73 million tons. This year's 1040.21 estimated million tons could represent a decrease of 79.47 million tons or a 8.27% in corn production around the globe.
